Join ANC, a leading last mile delivery company transforming logistics across Australia.Were seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, define, test, and implement projects that enhance ANCs systemsacross people, process, and technology. Your work will play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic goals and deliver smarter, customer-focused solutions.What Youll Be DoingGather and Analyse Requirements: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements, aligning them with ANCs strategic goals. Translate these into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.Bridge Business and Technical Teams: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.Support Solution Design: Participate in solution design discussions, conduct feasibility, gap, and impact analyses, and work with developers and architects to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and fit-for-purpose.Drive Testing and Change: Assist in developing and executing test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system data and configurations. Support change management initiatives and provide training to end users.Contribute to Agile Delivery: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and address blockers promptly.Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify operational inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
