This role is pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives with our business objectives, particularly focusing on our field sales and retail operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the fast-paced environment and will contribute to enhancing our organisational culture and employee engagement.As our HR Business Partner (HRBP), youll play a key role in aligning our people strategy with our commercial goals.
