We offer a wide range of IT services in Security, infrastructure and Systems Integration to a diverse customer base throughout Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia and Europe.About the engagementGreen Light Worldwide is currently partnering with a key client and seeking people for a Support Manager, with team leadership experience in a call centre/customer service environment who are passionate about service delivery and teamwork to support a hardware provider.In this role, you will be leading the front-line call centre/customer support team.
