We collaborate across the bank to build a brighter future, aiming for a Group NPS of +30 and 50% market share in Proprietary Lending. The OpportunityAs an experienced senior coach, your role will focus on supporting RBS management by coaching and training lenders to achieve excellent customer and sales outcomes through enhancing lender capability. You will also ensure lenders and Managers understand compliance requirements and support them in maintaining high-quality lending outcomes. Collaboration with the Home Buying Academy coaches to improve knowledge of CBA products, processes, and systems is essential. Key Responsibilities include: Coaching and training lenders and managers to improve knowledge, capability, and compliance, leading to better performance, fewer errors, and meeting key business objectives. Contributing to training design and content, and implementing training initiatives aligned with new projects and strategies. Staying updated on business changes, new CBA products, processes, and systems. Adhering to approved training programs to ensure compliance and standardization. Overseeing ongoing accreditation of Network Lending Staff and tracking online learning progress to ensure completion. Advising Line Managers on managing sales pipelines effectively to optimize lending outcomes. Building relationships, sharing ideas, and developing strategies to maximize lending opportunities for customers and the Bank. Supporting team compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in the home lending environment. Commitment to excellence and quality in lending outcomes. Advanced knowledge of CBA home loan processes and systems. Strong planning and time management skills. Leadership and coaching experience. Knowledge of the Group''s sales and service methodology.
