Job Description The Role The Operations Support Administrator will liaise with the service team and Site Management to support tasks such as PPM and Reactive Allocation, Tracking, Reporting, and Escalating; timesheet review and reporting; and service P.O management. This role is based in Ballina, NSW. Support the Finance and Accounts Team Complete maintenance coordination and allocation of tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring the successful and complete lifecycle of tasks within the CMMS systems Ensure the quality of data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance, keeping records updated Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desk, and updating tasks as required Close out work orders, enter close-off numbers, and perform necessary checks to move POs to Approved status by the Team Leader Liaise with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs Perform ad-hoc administrative duties Skills and Experience General knowledge of maintenance activities High level of computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable: Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental disciplines Benefits BGIS offers career development opportunities through the Career Boost Program, excellent company benefits, and an employee recognition program.
