We are seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to support and enhance GHD''s payroll systems and processes, with a focus on compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practices.This position ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll operations, primarily using ADP GlobalView (GV).ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support ADP GlobalView (GV) payroll system functionality, updates, and integrations.Ensure legislative compliance across payroll processes and reporting obligations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Monitor internal controls, conduct audits, and mitigate compliance risks.Provide system-related support and guidance to the payroll team.Train team members on new systems and processes.Develop and maintain payroll process documentation and policies.Analyse payroll data and produce accurate reports for stakeholders.Qualifications5+ years'' experience in payroll systems or compliance-related roles.Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView (GV).Deep understanding of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, Superannuation, PAYG, etc.).Experience in process improvement and system implementation.High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with SAP Payroll is highly regarded.This role can be based in Newcastle or Sydney.
