If youre passionate about health and gender equality, and you''re excited by the chance to use storytelling as a force for impact wed love to hear from you.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeShape external communications: Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to develop messaging that shifts attitudes, drives awareness, and influences policy on mens health.Distil complexity: Turn research and technical program data into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.Lead content creation: Write and edit high-quality communications across formats - from press releases and speeches to op-eds, reports, blogs, and social content.Elevate thought leadership: Develop talking points and materials that amplify the voices of Movembers executive leaders and spokespeople.Drive stakeholder engagement: Ensure external communications reflect Movembers mission and brand across media, partnerships, health, and government sectors.Collaborate across teams: Manage the external communications pipeline alongside the broader Marketing and Communications team.Track impact: Support campaign performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting to inform future strategies.For This Role, Youll NeedRelevant qualifications in communications, journalism, public health, or a related field.Experience in external communications, including speechwriting, op-eds, messaging documents, and stakeholder content.Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging content.Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills.Experience navigating stakeholder reviews and feedback across a matrixed organisation.A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to Movembers mission.Familiarity with gender equality and/or public health issues is nice to have, but not essentialTo support your application please upload a sample of your best writing (max 2 pages preferably a press release, op-ed, or messaging document) in the "Additional Files" box belowGood CauseWorking for Movember, youll help raise millions for mens health (not for a CEOs bonus).
