This position is part of the CX L&D Design team.Xeros Customer Experience (CX) Team comprises CX Specialists across NZ, AU, US, and UK, working together to provide 24/7 support to Xero users. Our goal is to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and demonstrate how Xero adds value to their business.Your work will ensure that learning for customer experience teams is sustainable, scalable, and engaging. It will enable Xero employees to develop the necessary skills, behaviors, and experiences to meet their goals and perform at their best. You will also ensure the learning programs are adaptable for a fast-paced environment and incorporate innovative digital ideas into the CX L&D team.What you''ll doConduct thorough discovery analysis to recommend engaging and effective learning solutions tailored to needs.Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning requirements and create learning artifacts.Design and deliver exceptional learning experiences that facilitate employee onboarding, improve workforce skills and engagement, and promote a culture of continuous learning.Maintain learning programs, frameworks, systems, and resources to ensure effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.Analyze feedback and evaluations to identify areas for continuous improvement.Contribute ideas and tasks that enhance the experience for our teams and customers.Stay informed about L&D trends, developments, and best practices through professional organizations, educational opportunities, and networks.What you''ll bringA passion for creating innovative, learner-centric experiences.At least 2 years'' experience in instructional design with strong content development skills.Proficiency with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 and experience in assessing learning outcomes.A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.High emotional intelligence with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Strong time management skills and the ability to manage end-to-end learning projects.Experience in high-level design and storyboarding of learning materials.A team-first approach aligned with Xeros values: kind, collaborative, customer-focused, action-oriented.Why Xero?We offer generous paid leave, including statutory holidays and dedicated leave for physical and mental wellbeing, an Employee Assistance Program, health and life insurance, income protection, wellbeing and sports programs, employee resource groups, 26 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, an Employee Share Plan, flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and more.
