If youre passionate about making an impact, PARC Engineering is the place for you!About the Opportunity: PARC Engineering is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our growing Infrastructure team. In this role, you will overseeing the daily execution and coordination of general maintenance contracts for government departments and delivering a variety of facilities management and minor capital projects valued up to $2M.Based in OConnor, you will manage maintenance and project activities across a diverse portfolio of Government Power and Energy located throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia. This position involves overseeing challenging, moderately complex projects with visibility and reputational impact. These include planned and reactive maintenance, minor capital works, and ensuring all associated safety and compliance requirements are met.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.Coordinate and manage planned, preventative, and reactive maintenanceLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure scope of works are delivered effectively.Review job reports, assess invoices, update asset registers, and ensure timely job closeouts.Scope, develop, and manage emergent works stemming from maintenance reports.Support compliance efforts across all project stages.Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking.Conduct HSEQ audits on jobs and subcontractor performance.Maintain accurate documentation and records to meet contract reporting obligations.Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management.Trade background in the building industry essentialProven track record managing minor works/projects across multiple sites.Strong project supervision skills, including the ability to scope work, conduct site visits, and manage subcontractors.An established network of subcontractors and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable service providersStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.Experience using Procore and Ariba is an advantage but not essential.Hold a Construction Induction Card (White/Blue), First Aid certification, and a valid Australian drivers licence.Able to pass a comprehensive medical exam and drug and alcohol screening.Must have full Australian working rights.A bit about Us PARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects.
