You''ll be responsible for sourcing, creating and delivering engaging, mobile-enabled content which supports the Group''s strategic agenda through channels such as The Lottery Corporate website, social media channels and earned media. You''ll also work closely with the People Communications team to help create engaging internal communications across group employee communications channels.What you''ll doEnd-to-end creation including the writing, filming and design of engaging content for external and internal audiences to help deliver on The Lottery Corporation''s purpose and embed company principlesManaging a content calendar that oversees the delivery and creation of compelling cross-channel social, internal and website contentCreation of content for TLC''s group employee communications channelsSourcing and developing story ideas on business initiatives, industry and employee-related news, and community projectsUsing owned and earned media to proactively tell a story of how The Lottery Corporation creates positive impactsExecution of campaigns to highlight themes of value to The Lottery Corporation such as integrity, diversity, partnerships and communityMaintaining a robust measurement, reporting and metric frameworkEngagement and management of external providers as required (e.g. freelance camera personnel).What you''ll bringPrevious experience in marketing, communications, content or social media.Formal tertiary qualifications in marketing, journalism, communications or related field.Production coordination/editing experience in digital media, television or radio preferredExcellent copywriting and editing skills, with high attention to detail.
