If youre passionate about making an impact, PARC Engineering is the place for you!Due to our current success and growth, we are accepting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contracts Administrators to join our team and support the commercial success of our projects across the resources sector. This role is critical for ensuring contracts are well-managed, risks are mitigated, and compliance is maintained across all project phases. You will work closely with our project team to manage complex supplier, subcontractor, and service agreements that are foundational to our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standardsMonitor contract performance and deadlines, flagging risks or discrepanciesLiaise with legal teams, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and contract documentationAssist in negotiations and amendments when necessarySupport project managers and procurement with contract-related queriesSkills & Experience5+ years experience in a similar roleStrong understanding of contract law, terms, and negotiation processesExperience in processing orders, managing finances, contract administration, and works contractsKnowledge of insurance matters and contract negotiationsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, DocuSign)Relevant qualifications in law, business administration, or a related fieldAbout UsPARC Engineering specializes in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects.
