You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team.In this role, you''ll:Perform maintenance and manual labouring tasks using plant and equipment and powered and non-powered hand tools.Undertake road maintenance activities which may include, but not limited to, pavement repairs, road corridor maintenance, road pavement rehabilitation, and small and heavy patching works.Work collaboratively with the team including Team Leaders and Works Supervisors to manage the day-to-day operations and tasks as well as resolve issues that may ariseTravel extensively throughout the region, be flexible to work outside of normal working hours and attend call outs when required.Keep up to date with WHS legislation and policies and procedures as it relates to minimising risk and keeping to safe work standardsAbout you:You are a team-oriented worker who has an eye for detail and is used to working in similar environments.You are a practical thinker, quick learner and great communicator who enjoys being physically active performing outdoor manual tasks involving the use of hand tools and equipment within a team setting.You must hold the following tickets/ Licences:White CardCurrent drivers licenceYou must have previous experience as a Road Worker Grade 1- 3 level or related civil construction labouringexperience.
