Join to apply for the Organisational Change Manager Cyber role at UNSW.This is a daily rate contract role based in Kensington, Sydney, with flexible and hybrid working options. The contract runs until May 2026.The Organisational Change Manager Cyber is responsible for designing and delivering Organisational Change Management (OCM) solutions, reporting to the Lead Organisational Change Manager. The role supports the Cyber Security Enablement Program, a multi-year initiative aimed at reducing cyber security risks through technology and business changes.The primary purpose is to define and execute OCM strategies aligned with the scale of business impacts from the Programs changes.Specific AccountabilitiesIdentify appropriate OCM approaches within project and business contexts.Lead and manage the OCM stream, including designing, developing, and implementing change management deliverables and communications.Ensure change sustainability by understanding business requirements and operational readiness.Deliver OCM and communication plans on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Collaborate with project teams and seek feedback on OCM plans.Manage OCM risks and issues, ensuring proper ownership and resolution.Develop and improve business and user capabilities through training and communication initiatives.Identify and mentor change agents throughout the project.Manage multiple OCM activities across projects effectively.Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in enterprise-scale cyber security change initiatives.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven problem-solving and independent judgment skills.OCM certification (e.g., Prosci) or relevant experience.Knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2 or PMBOK.Understanding of health and safety responsibilities; relevant training is desirable.Experience in higher education is preferred.To apply, submit your CV and Cover Letter outlining your suitability to k.symons@unsw.edu.au.Applications close on Sunday, 25th May at 11:30 pm.UNSW values diversity and encourages applications from women, culturally diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, LGBTIQ+ community members, and Indigenous Australians.
