We enable your best to power our future.Job Purpose:To maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to co-ordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.Key Job OutcomesProviding support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPIs and commitmentsOversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clientsEnsuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systemsPerform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvementCompile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reportingProvide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clientsProvide ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clientsMaintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliersKnowledge and ExperienceExperience in supporting client deliverablesAble to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as requiredPromote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the businessStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levelsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelSound knowledge of statistical conceptsPython or SAS package knowledge (desirable)Intermediate knowledge of TableauSkills (conceptual, interpersonal)Lateral thinking: Questioning current processes and proposing new approaches to handle varying circumstancesInformation scanning: Ability to focus and identify potentially trends in panel composition reports that need to be dealt with in a proactive mannerJudgement: Utilize all data sources available to prioritize and determine appropriate course of remedial actionNumerical fluency: Ability to work/handle large amounts of numeric information in order to make appropriate judgement callsWriting skills: Ability to convey technical concepts in a non-technical way in the written formSpeaking and verbal expression: Is able to present information in a logical and concise formPersonal AttributesIntegrity: Acting and behaving in ways consistent with company values and cultureResults orientation: Ability to stay focused and well-organized and consistently meet deadlinesData orientation: Is able to organize own work based on objective analysis of information and business prioritiesCollaborative: Is able to work within a team and is prepared to lend a hand to ensure team goals/organizational goals are metInitiative: A self starter who challenges current work practices with a view for continuous self/process improvementPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
