The role will be hands-on in execution of marketing and communications initiatives in the APAC region, largely Australia, but also New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.Pollination is a scale-up business, and this role will span strategy to hands on technical execution. Youll be backed by an ambitious and supportive team including in-house designers, as well as best in-class tools like Salesforces Account Engagement.This is a 12-month fixed term parental leave backfill position, and will report to the acting global Head of Marketing and Communications, based in London, UK.Key responsibilities:Lead execution of the 2025 marketing and communications strategy in APAC, and develop the 2026 strategy in partnership with the Head of Marketing and CommunicationsProtect and grow Pollinations reputation in APAC, ensuring communication across all channels is aligned with brand and strategyManage media engagement, both proactive and reactiveCreate marketing collateral and thought leadership content in a variety of formats, including eDM content, thought leadership reports and opinion articlesIdentify and create engaging social media content, for a largely organic social media strategyIdentify and negotiate industry event and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awarenessDevelop and run regional events, with the support of the events manager who is also based in SydneyWork closely with business leads to ensure we are maximising business development opportunities through marketing and communications activityWork closely with Senior Leadership on effective internal communicationsLead regular reporting for senior management, demonstrating commercial return on investment from Marketing and Communications activityWhat do you need to apply?This position plays a fundamental role in driving brand engagement and requires an experienced, proactive and agile candidate who can contribute to strategy and manage multiple projects.
