You''ll lead service delivery and manage customer relationships to ensure we meet our contractual commitments, while also identifying and resolving operational risks.You''ll work closely with the Customer Officer, peers, and colleagues to ensure CX customer needs are fulfilled, while also identifying opportunities to broaden and enhance our services and operational capabilities.This role serves as a key focal point for the CX business as we grow and expand. It''s a market-leading position that involves matrix management of project managers and consultants, supported by their line managers and the wider management team.As the Service Delivery Manager you''ll oversee the followingOwn the delivery relationships with CX customers, supported by the Project Managers and Consultant ManagerImplement and maintain focused operational processes and reporting for CXProvide high-quality, accurate insights and recommendations on trends and opportunities to enhance and localise the productTake ownership of customer escalations related to service and delivery, with support from the Market Leader and Customer OfficerContribute input and advice to the Business Development team as needed for customer proposalsEnsure smooth and efficient project transitions to support, working closely with support leadersSupport team development and build market awareness of the housing sectorRequirementsWhat you will need to be successful in this roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersExcellent communication skills, both internal and externalProven commercial judgment and business acumenEffective planning skills, both strategic and adaptable to changeDemonstrated experience in service delivery managementExperience leading delivery teams in environments with frequent deploymentsComfortable working under pressure in complex, fast-paced settingsSkilled in presenting and negotiating with a range of stakeholdersSolid understanding of, and keen interest in, the Housing and GovTech marketsPrimarily a business-facing role, requiring the ability to communicate technical or project issues in plain English, with a focus on business impact for executive stakeholdersBenefitsWhy you''ll love working with us.We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
