The position will assist with the implementation of new enterprise agreements and awards, with a focus on creating and updating new wage tables and allowances where applicable. Backpayment calculations and processing will also form a crucial component of the role. Calvary have 48 Enterprise Agreements and Awards, and some increases may require backdating.The role will also provide strategic insights into tracking and trending data of payroll issues through a triage ticketing system, as well as reporting and monitoring key compliance issues, through the payroll internal audit process.The position will be accountable for documenting and publishing payroll processes and ensuring that effective service level procedures are created and maintained within the organisation.
