Our business is growing considerably, and were recruiting Mystery Shoppers from all walks of life across Australia.Position Overview:Were looking for Mystery Shoppers who can visit shops, cafes, fast food chains, beauty clinics, pharmacies, and even vets in their local area. Mystery Shoppers pose as typical customers to evaluate customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall experience. They receive instructions and a list of questions for each job, then visit the business and act like a regular customer while observing everything. Afterward, they log into our Mystery Shopping software to enter results, including photos and receipts if required.Skills & Tech Needed:Reliable internet, email, and a mobile phoneA desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or iPadGreat observational skills and excellent memoryThe ability to think quickly and improviseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and follow instructionsConfidence in using computers, smartphones, and related programsMystery Shopping offers a flexible way to boost your income, fitting around other commitments. No prior experience is required if you possess the skills and tech listed above.Pay Structure:We pay Mystery Shoppers for each completed job, based on time and effort. Typical payments range from $20-$65 for onsite visits and $15-$30 for phone calls. Meals and purchases are reimbursed if required.
