Great Southern Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Due Diligence Advisor to join the Financial Crime team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the banks Ongoing Customer Due Diligence obligations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer risk management activities. You will support the Customer Due Diligence Team to implement the banks Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing Program, ensuring compliance with all relevant responsibilities and obligations to manage financial crime risks effectively. Additionally, you will assist the Manager Financial Crime, Customer Due Diligence, in ensuring operational compliance with regulatory standards by executing established processes and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Manager Financial Crime, Customer Due Diligence, with team management activities, including onboarding new team members, monitoring performance, and fostering learning and development for all Customer Due Diligence Officers.Ensure high quality, completeness, and efficiency in executing processes and managing daily duties to meet compliance commitments.Contribute actively to achieving targets and service level agreements.Develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, leaders, and key stakeholders.Commit to continuous improvement by seeking ways to enhance business processes.Candidate ProfileExperience in a similar role supporting customer onboarding and/or KYC processes.Understanding of identification, verification, and regulatory compliance documents related to KYC/AML.Strong customer service orientation with accountability for delivery outcomes.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Why Join UsAt Great Southern Bank, youll be part of a community-focused organization owned by our customers.
