This is a hybrid position and will see you working in the office 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholdersConduct interviews, workshops, and other methods to elicit comprehensive requirementsAnalyse, prioritise, and structure requirements to define clear project scope and deliverablesDefine and document functional and non-functional requirements to guide solution designCreate user stories, use cases, process flows, and detailed specificationsFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and technical teamsSupport solution evaluation and validate outcomes against business needsDevelop process models and visual diagrams to support analysis and decision-makingIdentify potential risks and assist in developing appropriate mitigation strategiesManage requirement changes, ensuring traceability and stakeholder alignmentMaintain complete and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, supporting seamless handover and transitionTo be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:5 - 7 years experience as a Business Analyst with experience within the utilities sectorStrong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teamsPrior SaaS implementation project experienceHands-on experience with business process modelling and driving process improvementsTo find out more information about this role, please apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
