To assist in managing this ongoing growth, the Company is seeking an IT Support Technician to fill a permanent vacancy.Reporting to the ITC Manager, this role would be well suited to a person looking for a stable and rewarding professional career looking to expand their skills in a growing and evolving business.Key Responsibilities:Interest and aptitude in Information Technology and CommunicationWork across a wider team managing multiple priorities of time sensitive tasks.Troubleshooting various IT technical issues relating to desktop hardware and software, mobile devices (iOS), printing, network connectivity, Windows, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other common desktop applications.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)Monitor and change printer consumables (Toner & Drums) as required, ensuring records are kept and replacements ordered.Follow up with Employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshootingMonitor and report on Backup regularity, changing media as required.Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manualsWork as part of a team, willing to learn and grow in the roleWindows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2019, 2022 & 2025Office 365, Adobe Cloud and AutodeskLinux, Nginx & DockerRMM, EDR and ContinuityVeeam BackupQualifications & Experience for SuccessCertificate III or IV in Information technology preferably with experience in a technical support roleHands-on experience with Windows in an Active Directory environment Linux not essential but would be advantageousProficiency in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including configuration, deployment, and administration of mobile devices.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsSome experience in managing virtual machine environments using platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, and vSphereAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with Remote Monitoring and Management applications, preferably DattoExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalBenefits on OfferReward and Recognition programsProfit Share SchemeTraining and Development ProgramsEmployee Assistance Program AccessTyree is an Equal Opportunity employer, and all suitable applicants are encouraged to apply.
