About The Role As a Dyson Retail Assistant, you will deliver outstanding retail experiences that fascinate shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of our machines. Based in one of our retail partner stores and reporting to the Area Manager, our Retail Assistants are responsible for both sales and experience. At Dyson, we say that our products are bought, not sold. This means we get to know our customers, understand their needs, provide a 5-star service, and strive to make their lives easier and better with every purchase. You will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday. Your responsibilities include achieving a sales conversion target by showcasing the Dyson range across all categories, generating interest, and matching customer needs to the right products, transforming shoppers into Dyson owners. Available Store locations: Nunawading Bayswater Preston Main Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Deliver hands-on demonstrations of Dyson products across categories such as Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care, and Professional. Achieve individual KPIs, including sales targets, while maintaining high customer service standards. Maintain visual merchandising standards and seek opportunities to increase Dyson''s in-store presence. Build strong relationships with store management and staff. About You You should understand retail principles like visual merchandising and sales targets, have a keen interest in technology, and be able to communicate how Dyson machines work differently. A high standard of personal presentation and excellent customer service are essential. The Successful Candidate Will Have Availability for permanent weekend work. Customer service and/or sales experience. Experience in a premium retail environment is advantageous. A confident, friendly, and engaging manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex information. Ability to work independently. Good time management and multi-tasking skills. Determination, passion, and drive for results. A hardworking, ambitious approach with in-depth, bespoke customer consultations.
