We have over 25,000 employees across 77 offices in 40 countries.What will you do?Support IT equipment in a large corporate environmentProvide desktop/laptop support for Mac and PCManage Windows 7/10 operating systemsSupport mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) supportMaintain repairs, spare parts, and componentsResearch and troubleshoot issuesMaintain system configurations and documentationTrack and resolve incidents via the client''s ticketing systemResolve hardware and software issues on Windows devicesHandle data backup, restoration, and migrationProvide Smart Hands support with networking, server, and telecom technologiesSupport printers and peripheralsManage IT asset inventory and auditsResearch and follow KB articles for troubleshootingWork on-call and after-hours support as neededProvide executive support if requiredPerform other related deskside servicesSupport at other client locations as neededPerform additional duties as assignedWhat do you need to succeed?Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV systems, printers, and PC hardwareMaintain a positive attitude under stressExperience supporting remote users and facilitiesExcellent communication skillsProfessionalism and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to research and troubleshoot complex issuesAbility to prioritize and work independentlyPhysical ability to walk, bend, stand for long hours, and lift up to 50 poundsWillingness to learn new technologiesHigh School Diploma requiredExperience with end-user computers in a corporate settingProven ability to handle challenging user support scenariosStrong organizational skillsDesired CertificationsA+ CertificationMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)ITIL FoundationsLean Six SigmaNote: This is an on-site position with no remote work options.#LI-AH1 #LI-ONSITEPay Range$28.00 - $32.00Already have an account?
