We specialise in building and contents restoration for domestic and commercial properties affected by fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage. About The RoleThe Restoration Technician is responsible for site reporting, technical restoration, treatment, and cleaning of allocated sites. This multi-site role involves customer interaction and the use of specialised restoration equipment. Tasks Include Provide excellent customer service. Conduct initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire, and other restoration projects. Complete reports and technician duties for water, fire, and mould damage. Install, monitor, and report on mitigation and restoration equipment. Perform mould cleaning and fire wash-down using restoration chemicals. Inventory management of restorable and non-restorable contents. Steam-clean carpets. Coordinate with internal staff, project managers, contractors, and clients. Work with project teams to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and WHS compliance. Follow company policies and guidelines. Be available for on-call emergency work, including weekends and overtime. Qualifications Full Driver''s License and Construction Induction Card. Current Working with Children Check and police check, or willingness to obtain prior to start. IICRC qualification is highly regarded. Key Skills & Attributes 2+ years experience in insurance restoration preferred; training available for less experienced candidates. Experience managing multiple sites. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Why Join Us?
