The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Attend to guest queries proactively. Welcome guests and efficiently check them in and out. Process daily guest transactions and manage accounts accurately. Collaborate with other departments to ensure rooms are well-prepared for guests. Work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster. Skills and Experience Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment. Logical and common-sense approach to resolving concerns. Empathy and ability to anticipate guest needs. Proficiency in computer applications; Opera PMS experience is a plus. Attention to detail, especially with guest requests and cashiering.
