If you love shaking things up, delivering standout experiences, and wow-ing customers with every detail, this could be your next big move!Reporting directly into the Category Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Category teams to efficiently develop briefs, understand customer needs, and campaign objectives. A key requirement is to support creation of copy, manage social content posting, project manage events, as well as ensure implementation of effective monthly promotional and ongoing merchandise procurement, to support customer engagement and sales revenue.Key Responsibilities:Monthly Sales Promotional CalendarDevelop and source monthly promotional offer and manage reporting ROI - tracking & optimising learningDevelop tiered promotional offers - manage logistics, implement and provide test & learn for ROIImplement "test & learn" for revised calendar of sales promotional programmeCampaign Content CreationSupport copywriting and creative design for campaigns - social media, EDM''s, blogs, case studiesDevelop content creation ideas, as needed to support campaign strategy for category teams & HR leadersProvide content as needed, to support product updates on our websites and improve SEOMaintain monthly Master Activity Calendar for focus category groupsSocial Media Content CalendarSupport with copy, imagery and administration of social media, scheduling and sendingIdentify content opportunities for social content calendar, to support key content pillarsCo-ordinate with design team to implement social media - eg video developmentCatalogue Printing and Stock ManagementManage external print production, together with Senior Graphic Design Manager and external supplierEvent OrganisationCoordinate and manage events, sponsorship, webinars and tradeshows.Manage transparent and up-to-date event calendar in monday.com.Develop and create event branded collateral, lead generation strategies, and presentation to support event success and achievement of awareness targetsManage pre-event digital advertising, EDM customer communication, internal communication as neededSupport sales team in capture of high-quality imagery for social media promotion of eventDevelop Event post-campaign evaluation & reporting together with sales team to evaluate ROIMerchandise and materialsSourcing, planning, organisation and administration of customer and branded merchandiseRequirementsIdeally 1+ years of marketing experience in a construction, infrastructure environment, with experience in a marketing function within category marketing, trade marketing, or product marketingBachelor''s degree in marketing or equivalentProficient in Microsoft applicationsExperience with Monday.com and Adobe platforms is advantageousProven experience coordinating events, sponsorships, webinars and tradeshowsStrong planning, organisation and project management skillsStrong communication skillsBenefitsGreat company culture with high employee engagement where all employees have a Stake in the Outcome (Profit Share Bonus)Flexible hybrid work arrangements -
