Our team is expandingand were hiring a Full-Time Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of Google campaigns across a portion of our clients (you will be working with other Google Ads Specialists).This is not a junior role. Were looking for a high-level executor with a proven ability to run and scale campaigns profitably, speak directly with clients, and manage everything from strategy to reporting with precision and clarity.Youll be responsible for managing Google Ads activity across our VenueScale client base, reporting directly to the founders and our Head of Google. Your role is to deliver outstanding ROAS and provide clear insights and strategy to clients on regular performance calls.Your key responsibilities include:Running and optimising Performance Max, Search, Display and YouTube campaignsPerforming in-depth account audits and identifying fast revenue winsKeyword and audience research, ad copy testing, negative keyword sculptingSetting up accurate tracking and conversions through GA4, GTM, and Google AdsBuilding automated performance reports in Looker Studio or similarDelivering clear, professional updates and recommendations to clients in monthly strategy callsCollaborating with internal team (creative, Meta, CRO) to boost overall funnel performance Who Were Looking For:Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads with clear ROI resultsA deep understanding of PMaxhow to structure, test, and optimise for real performanceConfident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion setup and attribution trackingAble to explain data and strategy to clients in plain EnglishObsessed with scaling profitably and hitting ROAS targets, not just spending budgetComfortable working autonomously, managing multiple accounts, and staying organisedSharp, articulate, and client-readysomeone were proud to put in front of a venue ownerPrior agency experience or managing multiple client accountsFamiliarity with lead gen campaigns for service-based businessesKnowledge of CRO and funnel optimisation to improve ad efficiencyAbility to support broader digital strategy where required Location: Toorak, Melbourne (office-based with flexibility after onboarding) Salary: $80,000$90,000 + Super (based on experience)VenueScale is backed by real-world proof.
