This role offers great earning potential with a generous salary plus commission package!Start your career with us today!Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable service department. Responsibilities include booking appointments, greeting customers, and managing daily customer relations.Duties will include:Assisting the Service Manager with daily operationsMaintaining positive customer and employee relationsControlling costs related to tools, equipment, repairs, and suppliesAnswering customer inquiries about vehicle servicesQuoting additional service workEnsuring customer requirements are metBuilding relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDelivering high-quality customer serviceThe Service Advisor role is customer-focused, with elements of sales and automotive knowledge.
