You will have a chance to make a real difference to your local communities and to the lives of those you work with.About The RoleIn the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages we pride ourselves with our friendly and helpful service and we are looking to appoint a suitably organised, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant to help us with our ever-increasing administrative duties.In this role you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and clerical support to the Registrar and members of the management team across a range of duties. You will also be assisting the Business Support Services team in general administration duties such as processing accounts payable, managing staff travels, rosters, office maintenance and provision of stock.RoleWe are looking for someone to job-share in the role for 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday.
