This position is responsible for managing the organisations donor database, coordinating donor communications, and supporting community fundraising activities. The Fundraising and Philanthropy Officer works closely with internal teams, external partners, and supporters to ensure donors are appropriately acknowledged, engaged, and connected to Parkervilles purpose. Through strong administrative skills, excellent relationship management, and a supporter-focused approach, the Fundraising and Philanthropy Officer contributes to the growth and sustainability of Parkervilles fundraising efforts.We are looking for an organised, people-focused and purpose driven individual to help be the heart behind every donor connection that shapes our impact here at Parkerville. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!This role is offered on Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Burswood Location.Please contact Mariam at mariam.mukaty@parkerville.org.au if you have any questions.If you would be keen to join us, we are now seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our team who can:Monitor the Fundraising and Philanthropy inbox daily and ensure all donor and supporter enquiries are acknowledged or responded to within two business days.Develop, implement, and manage individual giving programs, including regular giving, direct marketing appeals, and acquisition campaigns to drive revenue growth.Manage the CRM system (Clarety), ensuring donor data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations, and provide support to internal users as required.Steward donors by managing expressions of thanks, preparing donor correspondence, and ensuring donors feel valued and informed.Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns and events, including coordination of logistics, communications, and post-event activities.Collaborate on varied projects and perform extra duties as directed, ensuring alignment with overarching fundraising and philanthropy objectives.The successful candidate for this role will be able to:At least two years experience in fundraising within the not-for-profit sector, or relevant experience in a similar role from another industry (e.g. sales, CRM administration, customer management, hospitality).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging donor communications and foster positive, genuine connections with donors and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience using CRM systems or donor databases, with a solid understanding of data management, data integrity, and privacy compliance requirements.A collaborative team player who works well within a cross-functional team environment, building positive relationships with colleagues, supporters, and external partners.Parkerville Children and Youth Care are uniquely positioned to provide the successful applicant with the following benefits.Salary packaging of up to $15,900 per annum tax free for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment.
