To succeed in this role, you will be flexible in your daily activities, enjoy problem-solving, and look for new ways to help customers achieve success using Codafications tools. As the voice of our customers, you will play an important role in our business by working closely with the Project Management, Business Analyst, and Software Engineering teams to manage different projects successfully. You will provide clear and empathetic customer service and technical support to ensure clients experience success with Codafications product offerings. Your day-to-day duties will include: Delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for customers Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers Providing frontline support to customers and managing Jira support tickets Building and maintaining high-quality customer-facing materials and repositories (e.g., knowledge base, FAQs, training packages) Providing feedback, support, and updates to internal stakeholders to optimize the customer experience Conducting workshops, demonstrations, training, and reviews of products with customers Driving adoption and retention, while identifying opportunities for account growth and additional product placement About you As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate: At least 2 years of relevant work experience Previous experience in onboarding and training of SaaS platforms (advantageous) Excellent written and verbal skills A love for problem-solving and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to win trust and build relationships to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the business Ability to resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and conduct basic troubleshooting quickly and efficiently Excellent resource management and planning skills Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow Life at Coda Brand new Fortitude Valley Office bordering James Street Precinct Quarterly staff functions - Celebrate our success as a team Recognition and rewards for achievements Revitalise Days + Volunteer Leave - up to 3 extra leave days per year Regular 1-2-1s with your leader and access to our L&D platform for career growth Genuine career progression Hybrid working environment promoting work-life balance If you want to be part of a winning team and this role suits you perfectly, I would love to hear from you.
