DESCRIPTIONWe currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Coordinator (Forklifts) to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our new Cranbourne Fulfilment Centre.This role is critical to executing our training objectives, including Forklift (PIT) and Truck Yard Safety (TDR) and process improvement. You will thrive in this role if you are dynamic, an organised self-starter, a strong communicator and highly value teamwork. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the learning function, and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes.This role requires that you hold a current Forklift Licence (LF & LO) and have demonstrated forklift experience as well as a good proficiency in MS Office.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and conduct PIT and TDR training including classroom and practical evaluations as neededEnsure compliance with New Operator Behaviour Audits (NOBA) and PIT related refresher trainingMaintain PIT and TDR related records and complete all data entryAssist with PIT and TDR related safety incident investigations and coach associates on safe operationAudit operators for compliance with all EHS PIT operation standardsComplete standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectationPerform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rostersLead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associatesAct as a safety subject matter expert ensuring associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessarySpend a minimum of 5-10 hours per week in a process path (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers whilst also learning part of Learning Trainer role.
