This position plays an important operational sales and customer service role as a primary point of contact for West Coast Eagles members, supporters and the general public visiting or communicating with the SuperStore.Responsibilities include:Delivering outstanding customer service to members, supporters and the general public.Undertaking the role of first point of face-to-face, telephone and/or electronic contact.Ensuring timely and accurate processing of online, telephone and mail orders.Assisting with incoming stock deliveries and the organisation of all storage areas.Maintaining the SuperStore stock levels and environment.The working roster for this position is Tuesday (8.30am-5.30pm) to Saturday (8.30am-2pm), which may be reviewed periodically, in line with business requirements.Due to the nature of the industry and this role, there is an inherent requirement to work home match days and other club events which will include working some evenings and weekends.Our ideal personThis role will suit a customer focused and enthusiastic individual, with a solid understanding of the retail sales environment.Additionally, you will have:Demonstrated experience in a retail sales environment, including well developed selling skills.Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer service.Strong inventory knowledge.Strong attention to detail.Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite.How to applyClick on Apply to complete an application form via the link, please include a resume and covering letter detailing why you are the best person for this role.
