Business Development Manager Central QueenslandRegional Group Australia is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW & QLD.The Business Development Manager will oversee all customer relations for our concrete and quarry businesses located across Central Queensland.You will be required to actively build relationships, be enthusiastic and have excellent time management skills. This role requires frequent and regular intrastate travel between QLD Regional Group sites.Key responsibilities:Manage, retain and grow Regional Group''s customer relationships.Process orders to meet and exceed sales targets.Developing and driving business by pro-actively sourcing and actioning sales leads.General office administration.Handling customer queries and resolving any issues identified.Exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIsQualify sales enquires and promote new products to existing customersKnowledge and experience required:Proactive, positive and possess high level attention to detailExceptional customer service experiencePlanning, organisation and quality control skillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsPositive attitude, be driven with a great work ethicAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsCompetitive salary package including vehicle to be negotiated with suitable applicant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
