Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experiencealong with buckets of ambition and aninsatiable appetite for sales and delivery of impeccable service.Additionally, you will:Have strong international fare skillsAssist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity.GDS proficiency is required Sabre highly regardedExcellent communicator and professionalismWork as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client.Maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and all of their employeesProvide solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangementsHigh attention to detailStrong time management skills and professionalismExpertise in fares and complex itinerariesAll About You:A high level of attention to detail2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel ManagerInternational experienceTo be a ''people person'' with networking and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary teamExcellent communication, listening and presentation skillsTertiary education is highly regardedGreat business acumenWhats In It For You?Above market earnings, with current averages $80,000-85,000pa plus super!Uncapped incentivesMonday to Friday only (no weekends or evenings!)Social events such as Buzz Nights, opportunity to attend Global Ball overseas (Los Angeles 2025) for high achieversGlobal career advancement/travel opportunitiesLeadership Programs & further education,training and developmentEmployee share schemeThe opportunity to play an integral role in the growth of the businessTravel discounts on flights, hotels and insurance for you, your family and friendsAre you ready to elevate your career in travel management?
