About this opportunity Dovida is seeking a Finance officer with experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable. The role focuses on accurately processing and timely paying vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting workflow improvements in a fast-paced environment. Street parking and proximity to public transport. Key Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and payable. Conduct month-end reconciliation and reporting. Manage monthly client invoicing. Prepare financial reports for management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and operational scorecards. Manage aging debtors to ensure timely invoice payments. About you Experience in both accounts payable & receivable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills. Accurate data entry and administrative skills. Ability to work independently. Cert II or higher in accounting and bookkeeping is desirable.
