HSEQ Business PartnerEvoro is a comprehensive waste management solutions provider, combining the expertise and resources of Cleanway, Global Resource Recovery, EnviroChoice, and Lees Environmental.We are seeking a professional HSEQ Business Partner who will play a key role in promoting a safety, health, and environmental compliance culture across various industrial operations. The role involves ensuring employee wellbeing, collaborating with operations to review risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and maintaining information to support our regulatory compliance framework.The Ideal Candidate:This position requires a pragmatic individual capable of managing multiple projects and demands effectively, with a strong focus on employee engagement through targeted solutions and a continuous improvement mindset.Responsibilities and Duties:Reporting to the Head of Safety, Environment and Governance, responsible for:Ensuring risk assessments are completed and implemented for site activities.Managing and updating the sites risk register and controls.Providing expert advice and support for Chain of Responsibility risk mitigation and reduction.Supporting managers, supervisors, and employees in implementing the Groups HSEQ Management System and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.Leading and assisting sites in completing incident investigations and corrective actions promptly.Maintaining schedules and reporting on audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.Monitoring and coordinating training and improvement programs.Managing injury, rehabilitation, and claims processes.Monitoring HSEQ practices across onsite construction activities.Driving cultural improvements through collaboration with operational leaders and personnel.Qualifications and Education:Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety and a Class C Drivers License are preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.Training qualification is a plus.Skills and Attributes:Passion for compliance and system streamlining.Desire for personal and professional growth.Excellent communication skills.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic.Results-oriented with professional presentation and sound numeracy skills.If you believe you are suitable for this role, please submit your application promptly as applications close soon.Please note: Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
