The team specializes in providing comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to privately-owned businesses, including family enterprises, partnerships, and privately-held companies. Our expertise covers tax planning, strategy, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganization. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing their tax positions.Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with private business clients, understanding their tax needs, and providing tailored advice.Ensuring compliance by preparing and reviewing tax returns accurately.Advising on tax-efficient strategies, including succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganization.Staying updated with tax laws and conducting research to inform clients.Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.Identifying tax risks and developing mitigation strategies.Providing clients with updates on tax legislation changes.Offering tax services for large groups with multiple entities, including trusts and individuals.Assisting with tax due diligence and integration during business acquisitions.In our Private Business Tax team, your impact will be seen by:Driving client growth through exceptional service and opportunities for additional solutions.Innovating and streamlining tax processes for efficiency.Collaborating with other departments for holistic client solutions.Expanding the firms market presence by pursuing new business opportunities.Continuously developing expertise and contributing to the firms reputation.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
