Our mission is to deliver world-class HR technology, and we want you to help us get there!The RoleWe''re looking for an experiencedSenior Technical Consultantwith strong SAP / SuccessFactors technical expertise and proven project management skills.Key responsibilities:Consulting : Lead requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, and delivery.Project Management : Own end-to-end project delivery scope, plan, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reporting. Mentor and support our junior consultants.Technical Problem Solving : Triage and resolve configuration and software issues.Customer Success : Build lasting partnerships with our customers, delivering tangible business outcomes.Continuous Improvement : Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, product functionality, and customer experiences.About YouYou''re an experienced, confident technical consultant who takes ownership of projects. You bring a commercial mindset, technical capability, and a commitment to customer outcomes.We''re looking for candidates with:5+ years of technical consulting experience with SAP or SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Position Management, Organisation Management preferred).Strong project management capability from discovery to delivery.The ability to facilitate workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A logical, structured approach to troubleshooting, solution design, and documentation.Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent industry experience.Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain) desirable but not essential.Our CultureWe care about attitude; its important to us that our team live and breathe our core values.
