Direct message the job poster from Global Retail Brands AustraliaWe have an exciting newly created opportunity within Global Retail Brands, Australia''s premier specialty kitchenware & homewares retailer, boasting a vast network of 300 stores nationwide and over 150 locations globally.About the role:The Production Coordinator will support the Senior Product Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the production cycle. This will involve providing administrative support, managing schedules, liaising with factories, and assisting with product creation and approvals.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Support the Senior Product Manager in managing the product lifecycle from concept to completionCoordinate sourcing requests and maintain accurate product master data, including pricing and descriptionsAssist with packaging development, ensuring deadlines are met through critical path managementMaintain and update production schedules for accuracy and timelinessProvide administrative support and coordinate communication between internal teams, management, and external stakeholdersHandle customer inquiries, direct them appropriately, and follow up as neededConduct market analysis on homeware trends, materials, and pricingAssist with product launches, sample coordination, and testingCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturers on product specifications and improvementsGather feedback from teams and customers to drive continuous product enhancementAbout you:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advantagous)Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a product based role which could include coordination, sales, or a related roleExperience in a fast paced industry (Retail or FMCG Highly advantageous)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must)Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with a reputable and leading retailer Be part of a collaborative and innovative team that values your expertise and input Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth Join a growing business with expansion into America, Canada and EuropeThese full-time positions offers the opportunity for a passionate and Product Coordinator to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic planning team and environment and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands.
