Based inRegional Gippsland or HorshamAccess salary packaging to increase take-home payFull-time, Permanent roleYour new roleAs a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that there is appropriate and relevant strategies, planning, implementation and operations to meet the ICT service support needs of the staff, sites and divisions across Uniting.In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:Providing 1st and 2nd level help desk support for the companys core applications, systems and hardware.Monitoring queues and answer customer callsResponding to questions from internal staff face to face, telephone and email.Providing onsite support within the regionBenefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
