We work hard, celebrate our wins, and foster a culture built on collaboration, innovation and a few good laughs along the way.The RoleWith continued growth and significant ongoing security contracts, we are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.In this key role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile security projects by supporting project documentation, coordination, and compliance activities.Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and coordinating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for customer projects Creating and reviewing specifications, plans, drawings, and other project and safety documentation Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements Managing document control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain accuracy and compliance Working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to complete contract administration and project reporting Supporting project start-up and completion documentation in coordination with Project Managers Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawings as requiredAbout YouWere looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organisational skills.
