Our client is looking a Senior Administration Officer to join a high-performing HR team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, inclusive environment and is looking to make a significant impact in their career.What you''ll do:As a Senior Administration Officer, your role will provide general administrative, reporting and record keeping support to the HR team and beyond. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the administration of staff inductions, training activities as well as contributing to portfolio projects and service improvement initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines will be key to your success in this role.Key responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and diary management support to the Director and portfolio leaders.Assist in preparing and distributing confidential papers and reports, managing follow-up actions from various committees.Support the development and maintenance of communication materials, fact sheets, templates, and tools for HR processes.Support the ongoing development and delivery of HR metrics reportingCoordinate and support staff member induction, training, and team activitiesProvide phone and email query management support during peak periods.Support position description review, development, and classification processContribute to HR projects and service improvement initiatives.What you bring:You will bring demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally. You will have proven experience and strong ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines.
