Operating across critical sectors including transport, industrial, and defence, they consistently provide innovative solutions and drive operational excellence for their clients.About the role:They are seeking a People & Culture Operations Lead to join their growing team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR operational support across their Australian operations. This role oversees HR administration, global workforce mobility, employee benefits, and the optimisation of HR systems and processes, while ensuring accurate people data reporting, including compliance obligations like WEGA.
