We are investing in AI, and this position will be key in driving AI adoption. Our promise is a great career, and we look forward to your contributions.Key responsibilitiesGather, validate, and document business requirementsModel and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvementEngage with stakeholders and communicate effectivelyWork with internal IT and other functions to communicate requirementsMap processes, identify pain points, and ensure project scope and outcomes are appropriate and sustainableCoordinate project activities, training, and communications; manage risks and issuesProvide regular project status reports to managementParticipate in change managementContribute to a best practice PMOWho were afterWe seek candidates with experience as a Business Analyst, exposure to project management and process improvement, and involvement in business or technical transformation projects. Experience with HRIS, CRM, or ERP solutions is desirable.
