Property Admin Officer is a key role within the Finance team, responsible for ensuring that all corporate and client rent-roll payments are made accurately, within deadlines, and in compliance with relevant regulations. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of expenditure and revenue rent rolls, along with associated reporting. Prepare urgent payment batches for the property accounting team. Process payment refund requests. Process workflow credit approvals within 24 hours. Manage RBL Expiry Reports. Respond to internal queries within 24 hours. Ensure compliance with internal control structures. Drive efficiency and productivity through process standardization and improvements in reporting. Background and Experience Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and lease administration is required. Prior experience in a similar finance role is highly desirable. Business partnering experience with support teams is beneficial. Experience managing outsourced providers and their performance is highly desirable. Ownership of procedures and processes, along with change management and continuous improvement, is highly desirable. A tertiary Finance qualification is preferred but not essential. Minimum of 2 years experience. High proficiency in MS Excel. Exposure to JDE is preferred. Preferred Requirements: Permanent Resident status. Location: Canberra is preferred; applicants based in Melbourne will also be considered.
