You will also manage guest requests. Specifically, your tasks include:Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathroomsVacuuming rooms and corridorsChanging and replenishing bed linen, towels, and amenities according to company guidelinesPerforming regular deep cleaning tasksRestocking and maintaining the trolley dailyReporting missing or damaged items and ensuring replacements or repairsEnsuring all equipment in guest rooms and work areas is in working conditionBeing environmentally consciousDisposing of waste properlyManaging guest requests efficientlyComplying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislationCarrying out lost property proceduresAssisting other departments as needed and maintaining good relationshipsWhat are we looking for?Successful Hilton Room Attendants embody our values and work on behalf of our guests.
