Permanent Childcare Educator | FernvaleJourney Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to join our Fernvale team in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs for all children.Centre Overview:Nestled in the heart of a charming rural town, Journey Fernvale offers a unique blend of modern care and small-town warmth. We are deeply connected to our community, valuing every family and creating a supportive environment where children thrive and families feel part of something special.About the role:This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week. As a Childcare Educator, you will develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support childrens learning and develop your career within the childcare sector, with support from our Centre Leadership Team to learn and grow as an educator.Key Responsibilities:Maintain high health and safety standards at all timesFacilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of childrenObserve and evaluate childrens individual strengths, interests, and preferencesDesign and implement activities for childrens developmental programsParticipate in a collaborative teaching and learning environmentAbout you:You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator passionate about leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
