The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Line 1 Risk, Business Bank, and Head of Line 1 Risk, Product in coordinating and facilitating risk management activities within the first line of defence. The role is key in driving a proactive risk culture, enhancing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.The Senior Manager ensures effective integration of risk management frameworks into business operations, strengthening controls, improving risk posture, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role promotes innovative risk management solutions aligned with BOQs strategic goals and supports organizational resilience through risk activities.About YouIdeal candidates will have leadership experience in financial services, particularly in business banking or product. A Bachelors degree in Finance, Technology, Business, Risk Management, or related fields, along with certifications like FRM, PRM, or CPA, are preferred. For tech roles, certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CRISC, ISO200, PCI/DSS, CGEIT, or CISSP are desirable.
