The role can be either Full Time or Part-Time, offering flexibility to accommodate the organisation''s and the applicant''s needs.As Executive General Manager, People & Culture, you will lead a small, capable, and collaborative team responsible for recruitment, payroll, casual workforce, volunteers, training and development, customer service, employee assistance programs, and employee wellbeing and benefits. Your leadership will enable the achievement of organisational and departmental objectives.You will foster accountability, goal alignment, and transparency by collaborating and communicating regularly with staff and volunteers in a purposeful, accurate, timely, and inclusive manner, ensuring they are well-informed, motivated, safe, engaged, and high-performing.Success in this role requires the ability to inspire, coach, communicate effectively, and create pragmatic solutions that support the overall success of the People & Culture department and the organisation.
