The role can be either Full Time or Part-Time, offering flexibility to accommodate the organisation''s and the applicant''s needs.As Executive General Manager, People & Culture, you will lead a small, capable, and collaborative team responsible for recruitment, payroll, casual workforce, volunteers, training and development, customer service, employee assistance programs, and employee wellbeing and benefits.
